"We probably would not be able to make and develop Battlefield 6 without the lessons we acquired in Battlefield 2042," Rebecka explains to the press.
A key those lessons was to engage fans involved early, and the studio started exclusive fan trials earlier this year.
Their "response was incredibly encouraging," says she.
One more missing component from the previous installment was a solo experience, which has been restored this time around.
The Guildford team creative lead Fasahat "Fas" Salim is the person in charge of "guaranteeing those missions are as enjoyable and compelling as possible for the gamers."
In spite of reports that the size of the game had created pressure for the different teams partnering across continents to build the title, he is positive about the process.
"Working with diverse perspectives, different heritages, it's a really engaging atmosphere to be involved in daily," he explains.
"The complete approach has been a fresh take but something really thrilling because we are working with people from around the globe."
Concerning the expectation on the developers, he says: "We feel demand but also it's motivating.
"We're dealing with a big project. It's probably the biggest that the majority of the team have before participated in."
Emerging Talent Adds New View
